From this web page, the Customer will be able to directly buy the spare part without wasting time with calls, emails ore text messages.
Each Client has its own page, with their username and password.
Each spare part comes with its code, quantity installed, price and delivery time.
The Purchase Department is able to monitor all the orders and all the offers asked.
In the web portal are also uploaded all the manuals (User manual, maintenance manual), all the schemes (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) and the layouts. In this way they are accessible from anywhere at any time.
There is also a section dedicated to the multimedia, in which maintenance videos are uploaded by ALTEX. They show some maintenance procedures (like changing a part or mounting/dismounting a piece).
The portal is integrated with AI, making it easier for the user to find the information they need.
